Keep More of What You Earn

1099 compensation: you will get 100% commission on every closed transaction. Citizens Financial will charge a flat fee of $555. 

W2 compensation: you will receive 90% of the commission (after paying an admin flat fee of $555 . Please note that you still have to pay all applicable payroll taxes yourself. 

Fairness Clause: If the $555 flat fee exceeds 20% of your gross commission, we adjust to ensure you pay the lesser amount.
